Features

Everything your event needs, in one hive

Built around how organizers actually work, from the first sponsor call to the last box loaded out.

Plan
Know what's next, every day

Set up the event once and keep every to-do, checklist and file right where your team will look for it.

  • Events with categories that fit how you run things
  • To-dos and repeating tasks on a calendar
  • Venue checklists you can reuse
  • PDF files attached to events, venues and sponsors

Sell sponsors
See every spot at a glance

Track every sponsor from first call to signed, and see what's still open before you pick up the phone.

  • Sponsor spots that gray out when they're sold
  • Contacts with tiers, like Gold, Silver and Bronze
  • A thank-you email ready the moment a spot sells
  • Notes, statuses and follow-ups in one place

Run the day
Everything on hand

  • A production sheet for the whole day
  • Personnel, shifts and costs
  • Snap receipts and photos
  • Print photos, PDFs and sheets

Team and permissions
The right eyes on it

  • Invite your whole team
  • Choose who sees costs, files and contacts
  • Assign tasks to anyone
  • Your own brand colors

Google email and calendar
Works with what you use

  • Send email from your own Gmail
  • Deadlines and tasks on Google Calendar
  • Event invites with yes, no and maybe
  • Never reads your inbox
Sell sponsors

Sold spots gray out. Open ones stand out.

Lay out your banners, booths and stage spots the way you sell them. The second one sells, it locks and grays out, so nobody sells the same spot twice.

  • Sponsor groups and packagesSet up the spots and what each sponsor gets.
  • Contacts with tiersKeep Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors sorted, with notes and follow-ups.
  • A thank-you that writes itselfMark a spot sold and HoneyTabs gets the email ready to send from your Gmail.
Plan

Daily tasks that take care of themselves

Set a task once and let it repeat. Every day, weekdays, the days you pick, every few days or once a month. It shows up on the calendar and gets checked off one day at a time.

  • Repeat it your wayDaily walk-throughs, weekly sponsor calls, monthly board updates.
  • Assign it to anyoneEveryone sees their own list, and you see the whole picture.
  • On your Google CalendarDeadlines and to-dos land on your calendar and stay up to date.
Google email and calendar

Send from your Gmail. Keep your calendar in sync.

Connect your Google account and HoneyTabs sends the emails you write from your own address, so replies come straight back to you. Your event dates and invites go on your Google Calendar, and you can see who said yes.

  • Your address, your voiceSponsors and vendors see your name, not a no-reply address.
  • Invites with RSVPsSend event invites and see yes, no and maybe right in the app.

HoneyTabs never reads your inbox. It can only send the email you write and update the calendar events it creates. You can disconnect any time. How we handle Google data

How it works

Up and running in an afternoon

No training day. If your team can send a text, they can use HoneyTabs.

1

Set up your event

Add the dates, the venue and your categories. Bring in your sponsor list and lay out your spots.

2

Bring in your team

Invite your crew and choose what each person can see. Everyone works from the same plan.

3

Run the day

Check off tasks, snap receipts and pull up the production sheet. Print it if you want it on paper.

FAQ

Good questions

Don't see yours? Email hello@honeytabs.com and we'll get back to you.

When can I get HoneyTabs?

We're finishing testing now. HoneyTabs is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Email hello@honeytabs.com and we'll let you know the day it's ready, or get you in early.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, both. Your team can use whatever phone they already have, and everyone sees the same plan. A version that runs in your web browser is in the works too.

Does HoneyTabs read my email?

No. When you connect Google, HoneyTabs can only send email you write and keep its own events on your calendar up to date. It can't open your inbox. Read how we handle Google data.

Can I choose what my team sees?

Yes. Team permissions let you decide who sees costs, files, contacts and more. A volunteer can see their tasks without seeing the budget.

Can it match our colors?

Yes. Pick your organization's brand color and the app uses it for your team.

Can I print from the app?

Yes. Print photos, PDFs and the production sheet to any printer your phone can reach.

Is my data sold or used for ads?

Never. There are no ads and no tracking in HoneyTabs. Your event data belongs to your team. See our Privacy Policy.
